Brunchin’ in Denver

When on vacay, or even when not, bunch is a great start to the morning.

Why? Because who doesn’t want to start their day like this?

Amateaur hour: We didn’t know this placed would be packed, so we snoozed it till our last day.

First up: Jelly Cafe, where the decorations are old cereal boxes and ordering mini donuts is a must.

The maple bacon one is a must.

With pancakes ringing in at in at less than four bucks, I ordered two. The cake of the day was a carrot with cream cheese drizzle. Fantastic, but if you’re only going to order one I insist you order the lavender blueberry one. I’m pretty sure I was making audible mmmmm sounds as I ate this.

Sunday, we finally made it to Snooze and we weren’t disappointed. The vibe is a bit kitschy and bright, but the food and drinks were great. Thankfully our early morning yoga sesh and stair climb worked up an appetite because I devoured every last morsel of the Benny Goodman.
